Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the town where the famous philosopher-mathematician grew up (and which was renamed in his honor in 1967), Aurélie Bordier and Jérémy François work hard every day to bring this small, well-intentioned restaurant to life. Local produce is given pride of place, the chef is committed and, despite a few inaccuracies here and there and a lack of modernity, the toque is well deserved for the perfect egg, egg cream and wild garlic, puffed potato chips, the farmhouse guinea fowl in the spirit of a marbré and the dessert on the theme of chocolate and spices. A small, affordable wine cellar that neglects the Loire Valley a little too much, served with a smile by Aurélie.
