Gourmet Restaurant Originally from Carpentras, David and Cyrielle have been traveling for a long time, and have now settled in the heart of the Poitou region, not far from Châtellerault. For seven years now, they've been serving up colorful, southern-inspired cuisine, bringing a little sunshine and good humor to the table. On the menu: chilled heirloom tomatoes from Rossay and chiffonade of Iberian ham, veal chop and mushroom risotto with bacon, lightly creamed veal jus with chanterelles, the must-try bull à la gardoise, or crème brûlée with rosemary and Savigny-sous-Faye honey. Formulas at €29 and €42.
