Gourmet Restaurant A well-appointed old house in Annecy, with two entrances on two parallel streets. Today, Patrice Le Doré's work is widely recognized, and his menu is always well-balanced, with a classic background: foie gras terrine, seasonal fruit chutney, saithe, Grana Padano risotto, lemongrass broth, caramelized pork chop, green cabbage stuffed with pearl juice. Desserts in the same style, familiar and well-made, such as apple tart or mont-blanc with chestnuts, regional and generalist cellar.
