Original Restaurant Jean-Claude Marlhins is gradually handing over the reins to the young team who have been assisting him for several years. Of course, we wish all the best for the future of this traditional restaurant, which has given us so many pleasures, both on the plate, with its classics and above all its fine products, and in the glasses. Let's hope that the transitional stage, with a unique menu of unnecessary sophistication, doesn't last too long, and that we'll soon be back to the classic dishes of yesteryear.
