A friendly little estancot specializing in crique, a potato pancake used as a base for all kinds of fillings: foie gras for the Périgourdine, andouillette for the Lyonnaise, oeufs meurette for the Bourguignonne... It can be preceded by a crunchy Saint-Marcellin cheese, or followed by a farmhouse fromage blanc. The atmosphere is warm, the cellar modest and the welcome cordial.
