Gourmet Restaurant A customary meeting point, the assurance of a quality "entre soi" between good friends who know how to eat and distinguish quality. Over the years, the menu has become lighter and more modern, giving pride of place to vegetable dishes (vegetable acras with sweet potato purée and coriander and dog sauce) and a pleasant mix of styles: beef tongue and poultry gizzards fricassee, tuna with plancha sauce vierge, beef picanha, pork ribs with teriyaki sauce, rhubarb and crumble fountain... The bill comes to around €50, with good service and a well-stocked cellar.
