Gault&Millau's review 2025

Just off Place Vendôme, the Park Hyatt replaced Maison Paquin, one of Paris's leading fashion houses, in 2002. The 5-star hotel now offers the luxury of its 156 rooms and suites, as well as the delights of its La Mer spa. In a sumptuous 250 m2 setting, the brand offers a full range of treatments featuring the benefits of its famous cream. The pleasures continue at Café Jeanne, with its fireplace and pretty terrace that's always full when the sun comes out, or at the Pur restaurant, led by the very talented Jean-François Rouquette, who has been with the hotel since 2005.
