Gault&Millau's review 2025

Created in 1995, this is one of the most sought-after sites in Paris, and also one of the most spectacular, since it now brings together three buildings in the very heart of the capital - the historic address on rue Saint-Honoré, the former Hôtel Le Lotti, renamed Castiglione, and a new residence on rue du Mont-Thabor. In all, some 18,000 m2 house 155 rooms and suites, blending Jacques Garcia's baroque, theatrical style in the old part with Christian Liaigre's minimalist purity in the Castiglione. Whatever your choice, you're sure to enjoy the elegant glamour of the spa, with its ultra-luxe treatments by Martine de Richeville.
