Gault&Millau's review 2025

Created in 1995, this is one of the most sought-after sites in Paris, and also one of the most spectacular, since it now brings together three buildings in the very heart of the capital - the historic address on rue Saint-Honoré, the former Hôtel Le Lotti, renamed Castiglione, and a new residence on rue du Mont-Thabor. In all, some 18,000 m2 house 155 rooms and suites, blending Jacques Garcia's baroque, theatrical style in the old part with Christian Liaigre's minimalist purity in the Castiglione.
