Gourmet Restaurant Frédéric Lyard, who has worked in a number of fine establishments, has adapted to this chic Parisian address, bringing his signature touch to a number of traditional and more inventive dishes: his smoked Jerusalem artichoke vol-au-vent with organic egg and forest cream and his foie gras make fine starters, while the vegetable curry with red quinoa and smoked tofu competes with boeuf bourguignon or sautéed veal marengo. Pleasant chocolate soufflé, a classic cellar dish.
