Chef's Restaurant This large house with garden is a small part of the countryside northeast of Nantes, where time flows more slowly. The spirit is deliberately a little bourgeois and refined, to bring body to a rather gastronomic experience, translated on the plate by elegant compositions around seasonal produce. On the menu, swordfish tataki and basil zucchini terrine, roasted monkfish tail with Nantes butter, eggplant caviar and zucchini spaghetti, half squab and snacked pork belly, BBQ poultry jus, butternut and corn, chocolate moelleux and Petit Lu ice cream. Meticulous service.
