Gourmet Restaurant A completely healthy innovation, market cuisine using seasonal produce from the family farm. In this relaxed, smiling atmosphere, the grocery section doubles up as a restaurant in the evenings for a young clientele who are already regulars. With Samuel in the dining room and Josselin in the kitchen, the tandem works well together, with convincing results: celery ravioli, free-range poultry, Thai broth, an explosion of flavors, Armenian-style burnt eggplant, burrata, focaccia bread dipped in a savory dukkah, roasted figs with zaatar, cocoa cookie, delicious whipped cream and little sugar. And for wine, organic and natural wines at cellar prices, plus €10 corkage fee.
