The simple, lively setting combines restaurant, cellar and grocery store in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, true to the spirit of the project. At the table, the lunchtime menu offers clear, well-balanced seasonal cuisine. The trout gravlax plays with textures, between melt-in-your-mouth and crunchy, enhanced by a well-dosed touch of yuzu kosho. The beef tataki, tasty and perfectly cooked, is supported by a coherent accompaniment, where small spelt, root vegetables and the creaminess of parsnip add depth and depth. The dessert, featuring roasted apples, continues this logic of measured gourmet pleasure, without heaviness. The cellar, conceived as a natural extension of the kitchen, favors organic, biodynamic and natural wines, with a strong emphasis on Loire wines.
