Gault&Millau's review 2026

One of the best addresses on this lively street at the end of the old quarter. A modern bistro that holds its own over the long term, with a constant drive for originality and personality in every dish, both on the lunch menu and in the evenings, with slightly more noble ingredients: pan-fried escalope of foie gras butterscotch crispy pineapple and yoghurt, snacked scallops creamy beard espuma celery nori paste, chocolate sphere insert galanga lime ice cream galanga fromage blanc, in a fair and interesting proposal at €42. The same approach to glasses, with small, well-sorted, inexpensive glasses.
