Gourmet Restaurant One of the city's best bargains, a professional bistro that doesn't mix genres, going for the essentials, taste and simplicity, without archaism or worldliness: red mullet à la flamme cauliflower with blood orange and gwell vinaigrette, supreme of free-range chicken with roasted cabbage and apple condiment, fresh kiwi creamy coconut banana bread sorbet with ground ivy. At the end of this €28 lunch sequence, an impression of mastery and shared pleasure. The cellar is equally unostracist and unpretentious, combining Da Ros's Chante-Coucou and Cotton's brouilly with Jousset's montlouis and Gramenon's Papesse.
