Gourmet Restaurant It's a table of buddies, and the chemistry between the three friends rubs off on the general good mood. Hugo, Thomas and Pierre have known each other since childhood, and have come together for a fine bistronomic table, where ideas blend intelligently, playing on contrasts between cooking, textures and matter. Highlights include hake in cold broth, gribiche sauce, marinated tomatoes and pink radishes; cod, cauliflower, cumin, bottarga and smoked roasted almonds; pork belly, miso eggplant, burnt leeks, ramen oil and coriander; and chocolate moelleux, custard, fir thorns and fir bud sorbet. Lunch menu €39.
