A bistro perfectly in tune with the times in the Faubourg Saint-Antoine neighborhood, offering all the latest trends with solid execution. The evening menu has something for everyone: seared halloumi with apricot coulis, lovage-infused sauce vierge, cucumber, and pumpkin seeds; a leg of lamb stuffed with caponata, grilled yellow zucchini, datterino tomatoes, almond cream, baby spinach, pickled celery, meat jus with almonds, and a Paris-Brest with peanuts. Pleasant atmosphere.
