Gault&Millau's review2026
For quite some time now, the restaurant has found its stride, establishing itself—with little competition—as one of the best Italian restaurants in the area. Giovanni Passerini’s restaurant serves high-quality Italian cuisine that is refined and technically precise, presented on a menu that goes beyond the classics of the repertoire. Worth rediscovering are the Roman-style tripe, the semi-cooked trout with raw cream, lovage, and seaweed vinaigrette, served with fava beans and kohlrabi; linguine with marinated whiting, baby fennel, friggitelli peppers, and capers; quail alla diavola, baby potatoes, butter beans, basil, and harissa, rice pudding with melon granita, and amaretti.
