The same goes for rigatonis with beef effiloché à la bolognaise or carbonara with pancetta and guanciale! "I always go for tastes that customers are familiar with, but worked or presented differently. I also go back to my mother's or grandmother's Italian recipes. And I make all my pasta myself". The chocolate mousse leaves aficionados speechless, while the affogato alla straciatella now has its fans. Also on the menu at this Italian bistro: succulent pizzas, to eat in or take away.
