Gourmet Restaurant It's a very pretty and well-decorated table, with a frontage that attracts the eye with its chic and refinement. The tone is set by the tapas menu, which makes a fine aperitif, before moving on to an equally prodigious and prolix menu: foie gras basse température au grué de cacao gelée de pamplemousse chutney de courges, filet mignon de veau et saint-jacques de Dieppe jus réduit au sumac, pithiviers de sanglier jus porto. Varied, well-crafted desserts, such as the walnut with a creamy milk chocolate, and inspired, supportive and attentive service. Maturation cellar for remarkable meats, such as Bazadaise or Blonde de Galice.
