And here's Saint Georges in Bordeaux. After Rennes and Lille, this is the third metropolitan unit for this brand, which is asserting itself with its qualities and modernity. Here, the same principle applies as elsewhere: a historic district, a pretty house, an inventive, well-stocked menu, with the usual amusing references in the form of galettes named after famous Georges (or George): Clooney, Harrison, Bizet, Michael... The same imaginative, well-crafted cheeses. Well-chosen cider and wine, service right on schedule.
