Gourmet Restaurant Regular customers have certain Pavlovian reflexes: conditioned by the certainty of being well-received, well-fed and well-watered, they tend to return often to this welcoming shack on the lively Rue de la Devise. No great complications, just good, contemporary fare served with a smile and a zest for life: veal tartare with wasabi mayo and mimolette, rack of pork with bbq corn popcorn turmeric, apple crème brûlée fleur de sel. Expect to pay around €60 for the full sequence, and take your pick from the well-stocked wine list.
