Formerly known as le bistrot, this appellation would not be entirely appropriate for what is, in a different setting and with an enviable terrace, Gabriel's second table. A short menu that's not lacking in allure, dishes that are identifiable and clever in their appropriateness to the time and season: duck pot-au-feu and spring broth, grilled lilies with piquillo and curry, hake with artichoke barigoule, grenadin of veal with creamy morels, or a rib of beef with Bordeaux sauce to share.
