A full house at lunchtime on rue Saint-Rémi for this brasserie rooted in the South-West region. The menu features tried-and-tested classics: onion soup, stuffed cabbage and andouillette. At the table, the onion soup has the right texture and looks appetizing. The puff-crusted stuffed cabbage is the highlight of the meal: a masterful vegetable stuffing, well-executed puff pastry, accompanied by a homemade purée and a consistent meat jus. The Valrhona sweet concludes the meal with the right touch, favoring the bitterness of the Grand Cru over conventional sweetness. The wine list cleverly highlights the terroirs of Bordeaux and the South-West, offering fifteen references by the glass. Ninon provides attentive, professional service.
