The modern, well-located place, on the edge of boulevard Voltaire and not far from Charonne, is as much a real playground as it is a formidable showcase for future culinary greats. This summer 2024, four-handed bistronomy by Alexandre Aziza and Étienne Dupuy, elegant and seasonal, with two menus at €75 and €95. A more affordable lunch menu at €30, changing weekly.
