This venerable establishment is keeping up with the times, moving with the times after decades of classicism, and offering a timeless menu that's a perfect blend of tradition and modernity: foie gras, galette tourteau avocat curry, crispy sushi saumon agrumes chipotle, volaille à la crème et champignons, lobster roll, cheeseburger and paleron confit aux olives. Good desserts, classic cellar, expensive wines by the glass.
