Gourmet Restaurant A beautiful terrace overlooking the Eiffel Tower, a dream location next to the Musée d'Art Moderne, a forest room decorated with imagination and talent... Julien Sebbag, master fireworks designer, provides the perfect setting to satisfy every desire for nature and chlorophyll in this fantasy world. Contemporary, precious plates with evocative names ("Darkness", "Snow", "Fire and Ice", "Rainbow"...), for an obviously discerning clientele. Eggplant and tahina, labneh with preserved onions and sun-dried tomatoes, pollack snacked with sumac and crispy shallots, or marinated chicken on a paprika-smoked tabbouleh skewer are all part of this sylvan feast, with the expected gentlemanly service.
