This is Bonifacio's Italian gastro, a beautiful ristorante room on the floor above the trattoria. Renowned chef Italo Bassi and executive chef Eduardo Menna, who oversees the entire restaurant operation, prepare an elegant menu in three main courses, with the mid-range at €175 offering great sensations with langoustines and citrus fruits with vanilla condiment and lovage tempura with orange and shellfish, double ravioli with burrata and guinea fowl parmesan, pigeon with vine peach, and dessert with brocciu and seasonal fruits. Great Italian and Corsican cellars, top-notch service in keeping with the ambitions of the place.
