The menu features locally caught fish and southern-style dishes inspired by Corsica and Italy, such as mozzarella arancini with lemon cream, followed by bouillabaisse (langoustine, sea bream, sea bass, pike-perch, etc.) with a rouille emulsion and a strawberry-basil-olive-oil dessert.
