Gault&Millau's review 2025

Open only in summer, this waterfront hotel has all the makings of an ideal vacation home. Access is via a small dirt track winding through the scrubland to a dreamy cove with two small private beaches. Built on an overhanging hillside, the 40 rooms and suites are spacious and bright, decorated with natural materials and driftwood. To complete the picture, the hotel also boasts a fine dining experience by Gadio El Hadji, blending Corsican terroir with exotic inspirations, a spa in a cabana that can only accommodate one person at a time and, last but not least, a shady bar where you can sip a cocktail while watching the sun set over the azure sea. A great show!
