It’s the most popular tavern among city dwellers drawn to its authenticity as well as a certain evolution in its cuisine. Here, we celebrate a unifying Corsican spirit in an establishment that’s been around for over sixty years: Bonifacio-style eggplant, stuffed mussels, ravioli with brocciu, a thick cut of sea bream with zucchini tagliatelle and basil, and confit baby potatoes—as well as a varied menu featuring Tigré veal carpaccio, grouper ceviche with “leche de tigre,” langoustine ravioli, and bouillabaisse made to order.
