Gault&Millau's review 2025

Facing the citadel of Bonifacio, this luxury hotel nestled between sea and scrubland is now owned by the Corsican Amadei family, in love with their island and determined to share all its pleasures with their guests. To this end, they have designed a unique place, resembling a contemporary hamlet, with private rooms and suites set on the same level as the garrigue. Noble, local materials, vast spaces and omnipresent light infuse the site with a perfume of calm and serenity, with immense bay windows opening onto the sea or small private gardens, not to mention a 380 m2 villa for 8 people, benefiting from a terrace with swimming pool that also overlooks the sea. Breathtaking views of Bonifacio and Sardinia can also be admired from the lounge bar, which serves hearty breakfasts (cured meats and Corsican cheeses) and simple but delicious snacks throughout the day.
