Gourmet Restaurant Just above Place Saint-Louis, this discreet bistro is one of the neighborhood's best bargains, a warm, modern table where you feel right at home with the privilege of in-house service. Imagined as an apartment, the dining room is clearly a former courtyard, now covered, decorated with vegetation and softly lit. Here, the chef creates a fine contemporary cuisine, attentive to both form and substance, working mainly on hidden menus, from three to six courses. On this day, a fine expression of the season, with red tuna, ratatouille texture and bell pepper ice cream, pollack, peas and baby zucchini, simple and well done, even if the sauce could have been a little spicier, black angus beef fillet, yellow carrot and artichoke mousseline, strawberry very well summed up, in different textures, white chocolate nemalaka, verbena, homemade brioche and brioche ice cream. Well-balanced cellar (Mélanie Pfister, Vincent Girardin, Loïc Mahé, Clos Marie, Emmanuel Reynaud, Chantal Lescure...).
