This is an address with a clear theme, with images from the film Les tontons flingueurs, decoration stripped down to its essentials and, of course, scoundrel cuisine. The format is simple and practical for those moments with friends, when you'll naturally share a few boards, before attacking the pâté de campagne, the rump steak in sauce, the sausage-purée, or a crispy duck effiloché confit with shallots, pommes grenailles, market salad and Greek yogurt with lemon.
