This is one of the prettiest restaurants in the prefecture, with its well-preserved Art Nouveau décor, transporting you back to the Belle Epoque. You pass the remarkable carved wooden front, with its scrolls and vegetal silhouettes, to enter a dining room that has preserved the spirit of the time, where you can dine on traditional cuisine of a high standard. The menu is wise and well executed: langoustine salad, St Pierre with morel mushrooms, Michel Ruault's tripes viroises, veal kidneys with mustard, baba with old kirsch and Fougerolles cherries.
