Gourmet Restaurant This discreet address is nonetheless a serious competitor in town, demonstrating year after year its consistency and consistently pleasing dishes. Rémi Suder's house offers inventive, well-executed market cuisine, including fried soft-boiled egg, vanilla zucchini cream and radish pickles; saithe in Provençal crust, red smoked coulis and zucchini au gratin; chicken stuffed with fresh goat's cheese and herbs, melting apples with Alsace saffron. Menus at €42 and €55.
