Sponsored Da Alfredo: the talk of the town! Just a few months after its takeover by renowned restaurateur Alfred Bernardin, this address, just a stone's throw from Place de l'Étoile, puts traditional Italian gastronomy in the spotlight. Alfredo has lovingly restored the soul of this legendary restaurant. With its period bistro, mirrors, mahogany, old-fashioned chandeliers, tablecloth-covered tables and red banquettes, Da Alfredo takes you back to the Palermo of the 80s. In the kitchen, a team present for over 15 years offers authentic Italian dishes: artichokes alla Romana, vitello tonnato, grilled antipasti, San Daniele and mozzarella, grilled squid... Pasta is homemade every day: vongole, cacio e pepe, tagliatelle vitello, carbonara or squid ink. We also love risotto, escalope Milanese, osso buco, beef tagliata and grilled fish. Finally, tiramisù or "gluten-free" chocolate fondant. And if Da Alfredo is renowned for its fine dining, it's also renowned for its relaxed, subdued atmosphere in the evenings, for sweet meals with lovers or friends.
