Set in a magnificent former monastery, the hostellerie boasts a peaceful, bucolic atmosphere, where you can discover the chef's gastronomic ideas, among other walks. The dishes on offer combine tradition and market trends, and are well executed, with, for example, semi-cooked foie gras, brochette of prawns with curried rice or grilled veal fillet with pélardon, spelt and parmesan.
