Chef's Restaurant A lovely house nestled in the Dourbie valley, in a small village a few kilometers from Millau. The hotel-restaurant proudly plays on its authenticity, keeping its period decor, family-style and sober, and serving traditional gastronomy. The €32 menu takes us on a tour of Aveyron, with walnut and Roquefort pie, the famous tripoux and steamed potatoes, Durzon trout meunière and vegetables, a slice of leg of Aveyron mutton, a croquignole and orange parfait glacé. Smiling service.
