Description
Sponsored Olivier Rasia's recently opened Le 11 combines gastronomy and art de vivre in a warm, elegant atmosphere. Claire Arthaud, a young chef with a committed culinary approach and a pastry chef's diploma from a number of top restaurants, brings her talent and creativity to the savoury and sweet menus throughout the day. Signature dishes include mushroom brioche and stuffed pollack cushion. The puff pastry, bread, brioche, vinegars, spices, pickles and mead are all homemade. The menu changes every three weeks or so, in line with the seasons and our favorite dishes. Claire's cuisine, assisted by Catherine, can also be enjoyed at Tea Time with its buffet of pastries, or in the evening with a more convivial menu. The meeting of gastronomy and the art of living at Le 11 has already won the loyalty of a clientele won over by the precision and accuracy of the dishes and the feeling that they will always find surprises in this establishment.
