Gourmet Restaurant Hotel catering has many advantages. People put their trust in it, anticipating professionalism, expertise and comfort. La Citadelle, the local leader, is no exception to the rule, having long been the gastronomic beacon of Metz. At a respectable price (€55 for the complete formula, with all dishes at the same prices per item, with a few extras), it now offers a well-formatted menu that neither surprises nor disappoints. After slightly firm spinach and ricotta ravioli, the Label Rouge salmon makes a good impression on its checkerboard of vegetables and wild garlic cream, before a pleasant chocolate dessert. The young, dedicated staff can appreciate the relaxed working conditions. A typical cellar, with some interesting choices by the glass, served directly to you without presenting the bottle. A convenient place, for example, when everything's closed on Sunday evenings.
