Gourmet Restaurant Modesty doesn't mean you can't do well. And although the name is discreet, this traditional cuisine is not so common at this level of quality, particularly in terms of seasoning and cooking. The crispy pig's trotters are very pleasant, with their bacon emulsion, the pike-perch fillet is well pushed by the chorizo bisque, and the free-range chicken stuffed with Meuse truffles and bear garlic quenelles, makes a good impression, even if the truffles aren't the most fragrant in the country. A good choice of desserts, well-balanced prices for a quiet evening, with a warm welcome. Two good menus at €39.90 and €55 and a wide choice of wine, wines by the glass or pitcher, and beers.
