Gourmet Restaurant Clermont's first bouillon opened in October 2024, offering the most faithful experience possible, with its molded, chandeliered décor in the style of Parisian Art Nouveau bouillons, and a menu at the lowest prices, both traditional and popular. The exercise is well respected, the ideas simple and correctly reproduced: mayo eggs at €2.90, leeks with vinaigrette, green lentil salad from Le Puy, fish brandade and salad, Auvergne sausage and purée at €11.50, pastry flan. Beer and wine by the jug.
