Gourmet Restaurant Don't be swayed by the classicism of the façade, with its elegant moldings more suited to large brasseries than new restaurants, and yet introduce Benoît Piedpremier's attractive bistronomy. The chef combines the best of Auvergne and the Mediterranean, depending on what's on the menu and what's in season. On the menu: creamy lobster risotto, foie gras salad, pan-fried scallops with truffle purée, crispy sweetbread escalope with morel mushroom sauce, bitter chocolate tartelette. Lunch menu €19.90.
