Between Place de l'Étoile and Place du Champgil, this Écureuil with its elegant molded façade has been working steadily for fifteen years, offering market cuisine between Auvergne and the Mediterranean. Chef Benoît Piedpremier masters his subject, with foie gras salad from the Limagne estate, market fish, risotto and tomato sauce, low-temperature duck breast with red wine and olives, mashed potatoes, caramelized pear millefeuille and vanilla ice cream. Smiling service.
