Gourmet Restaurant Behind this rather traditional facade, with its light, molded wood, lies a rather contemporary table, led by Benoît Piedpremier and Monica Inaudi. The couple's elegant market cuisine is served on the slate, with elaborate dressings. On the menu: cream of pumpkin with foie gras, hake steak with mashed potatoes and ginger, duck breast from the Limagne estate with black olives and rosemary, French toast brioche with pear.
