Outstanding Hotel
This little Art Deco jewel is a regional institution that radiates good vibes. On the heights of Chamalières, the hotel, with its mosaics, 1930s mirrors and pretty frescoes, looks out over Clermont-Ferrand and the surrounding hills. In this soothing, timeless setting, the welcome is as warm as it is sincere, a tradition that goes back three generations. Its 24 comfortable rooms (with good bedding and pleasant bathrooms) are an ideal refuge after tasting Wilfrid Chaplain's cuisine, served in the dining room, which has also jealously preserved its modernist treasures.
