A modern address just a stone's throw from Place de Jaude, where you can enjoy contemporary cuisine in a refined brasserie setting. The formula is a winner, and the plates are up to the challenge: a velouté of pumpkin, perfect egg, grilled pancetta and hazelnuts, a back of pollock, nero rice, shrimp bisque in siphon and pickles, a caramelized pork tenderloin, sweet potatoes, reduced jus and chips, or a brownie with pecans and bourbon vanilla cream.
