Original Restaurant It's a classic in the center of town, just behind the Place de Jaude, as much appreciated for its large terrace as for its calibrated cuisine, capable of being both a neighborhood canteen at lunchtime (€20 formula) and an evening table, with two à la carte menus at €30 and €39. At the helm are trained sommelier Cyril Sartre (he also runs the cellar at the theater next door) and chef Sébastien Nugère, who is dedicated to producing efficient market cuisine. On the menu: pork cheek confit with jellied porcini mushrooms, fish osso buco, veal onglet with old-fashioned mustard and tarragon, leg of venison with juniper berry sauce and kumquat chutney, apple tart with chestnut mousse. Over four hundred references in the cellar.
