Not far from the Place de Jaude, this bistrot canaille is the kind of brasserie you go to with confidence, year after year, with the assurance of a plate that's always up to scratch. There's a daily menu at €20 and traditional dishes such as brioche wellington sausage, fish of the day with citrus hollandaise, braised veal breast with hazelnuts, Cantal farmhouse ham with savory and juniper, and chocolate dulce de leche tart. The wine cellar is for bon vivants, with nearly 600 references, from Bérioles to Grange des pères, even by the glass!
