It's one of Clermont-Ferrand's great institutions, open since 2004 and still delighting the town to this day. Angélique and Jean-Claude Leclerc have long since found their rhythm, defending a fine bourgeois cuisine, technical and serious, paying tribute to noble products with an ever-appreciated capacity for renewal. The €120 menu is faultless, with a luxurious country-style starter, pig's trotter, country-style bacon and leek, but with black truffle and foie gras, an elegant filet of sole with lemon, parsnips and spring onions, a beef tournedos with Perigueux sauce and cantal potatoes, a dessert with mandarin orange and Madagascar vanilla cream. Well-stocked cellar.
