For lunch or dinner, this bistro on the Place de Jaude is one of the most popular spots for business lunches, cocktails with friends and family dinners. Trendy and modern, the table exudes a lounge spirit that inspires a certain casualness, while enjoying Ludovic Raymond's bistronomic dishes. On the menu: roasted butternut and black pudding, gaperon cream, fresh herbs, steamed skrei, hazelnut butter, creamy celery, Brussels sprouts, curry siphon, beef chuck confit, bacon spätzles, creamy carrots with mustard and red wine jus, or grapefruit parfait glacé, rose and elderberry ganache. Good service.
