Gourmet Restaurant On the first floor of Maison Favre Félix, you'll find Vincent's bistro. A convenient gourmet stop-off in this refurbished shopping center, in the heart of the Nouvelles Galeries. Working in duo with chef Yannick Ferrero, Vincent and his team follow a somewhat simplistic mantra: "eat well and eat well". Dishes come out one after the other, benefiting from the rigorous sourcing that also feeds the gastro on the heights of Annecy-le-Vieux. The gravlax of Label Rouge salmon, parsley root mousse and old-fashioned mustard mayonnaise is a well-balanced starter. As for the snails, they are accompanied by a cauliflower and aniseed siphon. The main courses are invigorating, and the cod (skrei from Brittany) is served with a minute spinach drop and a mushroom cream that's a little too neutral. As for desserts, the pavlova with lemon and ginger, French meringue and a declension of lemon and candied ginger is a pretty white picture, while the mango and avocado is a very colorful proposition, lacking a little direction. The value for money is really honest, a nice stopover between two errands in the center of Annecy, in a bright and airy place, with a refined decoration.
