Chef's Restaurant Access is easy by car, a little less so on foot in Breton weather, but the reward is there at the end. The maître d''s smile, the enthusiasm of the service, the feeling of being well looked after, soft towels, cards and smiles, in a warm house where you can imagine yourself sitting by a fire with your family. The gastro's bistro is only bistro in the simplicity of its dishes, since everything else is reminiscent of the level of the house. The €48 menu is an invitation, with langoustines in broth and broccoli, to prove that you can do well with little, milk-fed lamb with sautéed shoulder, chard and carrot, exemplary, a chocolate-praline finger, everything is well done and quickly. Beautiful cellar.
