Chef's Restaurant This is undoubtedly one of the prettiest intramural restaurants in Brittany. The charm of an old house, perfectly converted in all its nooks and crannies, respecting its architecture and style. As for the cuisine, Thierry Seychelles, captain of the ship, ensures the voyage with all his talent; escalope de foie gras snackée pomme de terre en millefeuille jus de viande à la morteau et raisin, lotte en basse température poireaux confits dans un beurre de truffe noire et sauce Jean Vignard (dear to Gagnaire). And always excellent desserts, "cho ka ka o" or pear in declension. Very good lunch menu at €40, extensive wine cellar, with personal choices from all regions.
